The woods is a rather strange place. The areas closest to the human realm is thick and green. Pure with the Guardian's watchful eyes and pure magic to inhabit it, it works to purify it, and keep it thriving for there human companions that each of them have chosen on there own. Though, as the woods grow deeper, and signs begin to show that of the walking death, Shifters have chosen the lands. They share more dark magic then pure. Few of the shifters have shown themselves to be of the pure race, and they choke the land into a dark and deprived state, taking its energy eagerly. The land holds many dangers to those that cross the boundaries into the others territory.

Peaks reach up high into the sky, nearly touching the clear blue horizon. Thick pines grow all over the place, making some shelters of stone as well with the hard patterns made to support them. Some creatures wonder freely. Often times, humans are found along with there guardians hunting and looking for good places to build other homes, or make future landmarks for trading, and routes. This is a most enjoyable place to some people though. Often Shifters come here to explore, younger ones mostly enjoy the height. The altitude can be somewhat hard on older and very young creatures, so fair warning to those wishing to explore the heights of the unknown mountain tops. None have ever reached the top and lived to tell about its wondrous beauty, or dead and broken grounds.

Morcain Lake is quite the sight to see at any season, but it is prettiest in spring. It is a huge mountain lake that is just beyond the ridges of Selskin, perfectly reflecting the mountains. The grass is luciuos and tall, a sight to see on a windy day. In the spring, it will fill with color from the wildflowers that grow amock. The ground is flat here, making for a good camping condition, and the lake never floods. It is mostly a sight for those of us who know the meaning of beauty, or accept seeing it in its true form. Nature.

The village of Gastalk is rather a rugged town. They are stern faced people, dead set on jobs. No time to mourn, to play, to show any real signs of life other then the few shallow breaths of polluted air they breath. This place is not one of happiness. A hundred year ago attack by the shifters has left the Guardians working hard to try and recover the joy and true name of the village once more. Though, the people seem to grow deeper into the death walking state they have seemed to always uphold. It is unknown if the Guardians will ever be able to cute the place of the dark magic that is so terribly killing whatever steps into its borders.

The Lunar's are dark loving Shifters. Corrupt, cunning, demonic, and night walkers, they are the true essence of nightmares and horrors. They are led by fierce leaders, of infamous beauty, grace, and talents beyond the knowledge of most. Wolves being the most common shifted form here, they still hold many human like dwellings. This is the darkest of all the Hordes, working to gain many of the other beings on there side. It is obvious the strength and devotion of the powers. Beware to those who dare cross those of the Delta, none have been known to live the wrath of its Merciless King and its Revengeful Queen.

The Horde is a rather calm group. They are level headed, quick thinkers, and welcoming to those who show respect and honor the words they decide to speak. The group is rather gentle, though like any they have a tendency to do rash things, make to quick decisions, and then regret the choice later. Perhaps they do this a bit more, a fiery nature sometimes overtaking them. The mixed blood between dark and light has made these shifters a confused sort if you could say that. They are strong and unwilling to back down once they start something they have set there mind on. They are currently leaderless.

These are the purest of the magic. Some of the Human Guardians even have come to live among the peaceful ways. They trade with humans, and there own kind alike. They try to remain a neutral people, away from war and battles. They are a friendly people, though some have taken to the sides of the Humans and the Guardians to simply end the war of there own kind, and help keep the peace in the control of the Humans and end there own hard times. They are currently leaderless.
